Life is dancing.  To dance is to be alive.  

To me, dancing and truly living  is about getting out on the dance floor (which is everywhere, all around you) taking the hand of your partner (which is everything – the people you love, the thoughts you think, your every moment experiences) and moving in perfect sync to the rhythm of your beating heart with the pulse of the LIFE within you.

When I watch someone’s spirit express itself through their body to the rhythm of music, I immediately feel moved inside my soul and want to dive more deeply into this dance of life.  Slow, fast, fluid or static – nothing is outside the rhythm.  Life is everything.

So here is a place, my online altar, to the gift of dance.  I find the simplicity of dance almost devastatingly beautiful. Every movement is perfect, each expression of the beat of your heart, divine.

Take life by the hand, hold it close and move in perfect harmony with your soul.
